Five stages from requirements to approved production
Each stage depends on confirmed specifications. Changes to fabric, sizing, artwork, trims, labels, packaging, or quantities can affect pricing and timing, so approvals are recorded before bulk work moves forward.
Sampling
Develop a sample for fit, fabric, stitching, decoration, labels, and finishing approval. Typical development is 4-8 days after requirements and materials are confirmed.
Cutting Process
Approved patterns and size requirements guide fabric spreading and panel cutting for the confirmed production quantity.
Stitching & Assembly
Cut panels move through assembly, seam construction, trims, pockets, closures, print, embroidery, or other approved decoration steps.
Quality Control & Packaging
Finished garments are reviewed against approved details, then folded, labeled, packed, and prepared for the confirmed DDP delivery plan.
