Yes. We offer sample development so you can evaluate fabric, fit, and stitching before committing to full production.

Samples usually take 4-8 days after requirements, artwork, and materials are confirmed. Bulk production usually takes 7-15 days after sample approval, depending on quantity, fabric, branding, order complexity, and production load. We confirm timing before production starts.

Yes. We handle custom patterns, sizing, labeling, embroidery, screen printing, and heat transfer based on your brand requirements.

We work closely with you to source or match fabrics and colors as closely as possible, with digital approval samples before production.

Yes. Reference photos, product links, articles, sketches, and moodboard images help us understand the fabric, fit, finishing, and branding direction you want.

Yes. A tech pack is helpful, but new brands can start with reference images, size goals, fabric direction, quantity, and branding notes. We will guide you on what details are still needed.

Yes. We can discuss neck labels, woven labels, hang tags, poly bags, stickers, and other packaging details depending on your order requirements.

Fabricly uses DDP as the default delivery position for international orders. Final delivered pricing is confirmed after reviewing the destination, product, quantity, carton weight or volume, and shipment requirements.

Yes. Share your estimated range, target product, fabric direction, branding needs, and delivery country. We can guide you on practical quantity options and what may affect pricing.

Share the product type, quantity by color or design, size range, reference images or tech pack, measurements, fabric or GSM direction, artwork, print or embroidery requirements, labels, packaging, destination country, and whether you need a sample first.

GSM should be chosen around the garment, season, fit, structure, opacity, handfeel, decoration method, target customer, and price point. A heavier number is not automatically better. Fabric composition and construction must be considered with the GSM.

Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, or print-ready PDF are preferred for logos and decoration. High-resolution PNG or PSD files may also help. Include dimensions, colors, placement, and reference images for the intended finish.

Yes. Woven neck labels, size labels, care labels, neck prints, hang tags, stickers, poly bags, and other packaging directions can be reviewed after you share the artwork, dimensions, material preference, quantities, and product requirements.

DDP pricing is reviewed after the destination, product, quantity, packed carton weight or volume, and shipment requirements are known. The delivered quotation is confirmed in writing rather than estimated from garment price alone.

A buyer is ready when the product direction, reference images or tech pack, size goals, fabric direction, artwork, branding, quantity range, destination, and revision expectations are clear enough to quote and develop. A sample should answer defined questions, not replace all product planning.

Fabricly confirms the final bulk quantity, size breakdown, colors, approved materials, artwork, labels, packaging, production timing, payment stage, and DDP delivery plan in writing. Bulk production normally begins after these order details and approvals are complete.
