What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum is 25 pieces. Send the style, fabric, branding, and size breakdown so we can check the order properly.
Can I request samples before bulk production?
Yes, we can make samples before bulk production. Sample development normally takes 10–12 days, and you can check the fabric, fit, stitching, print or embroidery, labels, and finishing before bulk production.
What is the production timeline?
Samples normally take 10–12 days. After you approve the sample and confirm the final details, bulk production normally takes 20–30 days.
Can you make the garment to my design?
Yes. We can work from a tech pack, measurements, reference images, or a clear product idea. We can review the pattern, fit, fabric, labels, embroidery, printing, and packaging.
Do you help if I do not have a complete tech pack?
That is okay. Send reference images, measurements or size goals, fabric direction, quantity, and branding details. We will tell you what else is needed before we quote.
What information do you need for an accurate apparel quote?
Send the product type, quantity by color or design, size range, reference images or tech pack, measurements, fabric or GSM direction, artwork, branding, packaging, delivery country, and whether you need a sample.
How does delivery work?
DDP shipping is our default. We confirm the final delivered price after checking the destination, quantity, packed cartons, and shipment details.
What happens after I approve the sample?
We confirm the final quantity, sizes, colors, materials, artwork, labels, packaging, and delivery details in writing. Then bulk production starts.
